Yes! Patients in our Coeur d’Alene, Hayden, and Post Falls offices are all welcome and encouraged to enroll in our in-house dental plan. If you are uninsured or underinsured and interested in utilizing our in-house plan, please give your preferred location a call, and our team will be glad to assist you.

What should I do if I have insurance-related questions?

If you have insurance-related questions, our knowledgeable team is here to help! We can verify your benefits, explain your coverage, and assist with any paperwork. You may also benefit from contacting your provider directly as well, as they will have up-to-date information about your specific plan details.

Can I get a pre-treatment estimate of my out-of-pocket dental costs?

We’re happy to provide patients with pre-treatment estimates of their out-of-pocket costs. If you have insurance, we’ll contact your provider to determine what your plan covers and what portion you’ll be responsible for. If you have any specific questions or concerns, our team is always available to explain the details and assist with financial planning.

Can I combine dental insurance and CareCredit?

If your insurance doesn’t cover the full cost of your treatment, we accept flexible payment options like CareCredit that can be used to cover your remaining balance. CareCredit allows patients to break the cost of their care into manageable monthly installments, often with no interest for qualified applicants.
